Shipping

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing. Custom work requires additional time. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for custom work to be processed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

 

FIRST CLASS MAIL:

Did you not receive your order within the stated timeframe? Is your order not showing movement? Please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS via telephone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. Vanity Blot will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. In addition, we are not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail shipping option at checkout.

 

PRIORITY MAIL:

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.
